explorer forgot how to build a tp?

thats my question wanted to build my second tp, and then that... the tp icon was grey, the explorer was alive i got enough wood no tp was build there allready... nothing worked neither the hotkey or klicking it with the mouse, is this a bug?

Were you able to build a tp with a settler? By the way: LIECHTENSTEIN JUHUU!!

I think it is stance. Some stances seem to disable that if I remember correctly.

just put him back on the standart meele mode.

ye everything was normal except the warchief couldn''t build the tp
