Who is responsible for Age of Empires at the moment?

I know that Barbarossablade was responsible for Age of Empires franchise but who is responsible now? Joe and the age of empires support don't answer aswell. Did they stop the support? Didn't they say that they would continue to support the game. Pls don't write anything related to cheating in this thread.
