unit reduction and bonus multipliers.

a Question and debate came up about unit multipliers. especially for lancers. Spain lancers have tag for infnatry x3 bonus. but mahouts have x2 but also a .5x heavy inf. someone was trying to tell me that since muskets are infantry mahouts get a bonus of 65x2x.5 making their base attack towards muskets 65. but i was trying to say that if it has a heavy inf tag the other tag is disregarded.
Same as like skirmishers get .8 x cav but then a x2 vs light cav. he thought that a 33 attack would be 33x ,8 x 2.
