ASC map downloads

I recently became interested in these ASC maps and observer like maps but I am having trouble being able to access them once I have extracted them to Documents/My Games/Age of Empires 3/RM3. I see the aoe3 spring championship folder present in RM3, but when I go into multiplayer and look at my custom maps I don't see them present. If anyone could enlighten me on the process I would appreciate it.

you have to extract the map files from the archive and the folder

Dont leave them in the folder. Just put all the files in RM3

I'm getting hardcore OOS whenever I play kamchatka. only kamchatka. any ideas? i've already reinstalled

I downloaded the maps sucessfully, and extracteted them into the RM3 folder. When i play on ESO i only can select the maps on scenarios, so i cant play ranked games. Is this willed? can you change this?

They're not scenarios, they are custom maps, so you should be able to select those maps in a normal supremacy game. However ESO doesn't allow rated games on custom maps.
