I believe they might not be fully aware of the actual severity of the downtime. Having a backed up claim of exactly how terrible it is might be more convincing.

he instead re-re-re-re-re-re-rewatches Smackdowns from Zuterjection, checks if servers are up again every 7mins and
makes stupid pointless complaint posts on the eso community forums....

+this is kind of off-topic but there are rumours going around in the darker shabby parts of the eso world about this new
hack called 'BANKUS SPAWNUS MAXIMUS', basically it spawns 6 bank wagons instantly at your TC even if u r not dutch
and all you have to do is at the beginning of the match make three counter-clockwise turns on your revolving chair
whilst having a duck shit on your head and yell out load: ''BANKUS SPAWNUS MAXIMUS'' (you have to yell that, not the duck)
its just rumours but i think it deserves some attention considering it probably involves some magic, paranormal science stuff and what not...
possibly cropcircles play a role in there too ...i dont know and i dont know if i want to know. But after all this server crap we dont want to get
our game ruind by that eh.. again i know this is off-topic but i havent found the ''Cheats, Hacks and other Witchcraft'' section of this forum so
i dont know where to post this.
Of course as a fair player and a person who always respected the game i havent tried yet if this actually works. Of course.....

Good News! Microsoft improved the servers. If they are down now they will reboot automatic within 1-10 minutes (instead of a few hours).

I believe they might not be fully aware of the actual severity of the downtime. Having a backed up claim of exactly how terrible it is might be more convincing.

They are perfectly aware, as they have to manually restart the service every time it stops working correctly. At least they had to, now it seems like they have figured out a workaround to the problem by restarting the service automatically, as per Buckethead's post.

I think I'm the initiator of that theory to start with haha. It does seem they know what is going on then, fortunately.

It is not perfect, but this improvement is huge. Now you can actually be sure you will get online within 10 minutes if you want to play a game.
