I know I have seen heaps of topics on this but none on which has helped me here are my issues and what I have tried
age of empires 3 war chiefs
I have been having issues with LAN games on my computer an another computer in the house the other computer recently upgraded and came with windows 8 even since that happen I havnt been able to connect both computers together mine is windows 7 pro.
I can see there game on the windows 8 computer but cant join it and they cant see mine or even join by direct IP, also when try ESO on-line no games show up when we try refresh games list option as well
I have tried direct cable with cross over
I have tried allowing through fire walls on both computers and virus protections (both have Norton)
I have tried turning firewalls off
I have port forwarded all the parts for age of empires 3 for both computer ip's on my router (router billion 7800n)
I have tried hamachi (that seem to mess things up abit)
I got it to the point where I can see the games on the windows 8 computer but cant join them and they cant see mine on the windows 7 computer
I have even tried adding the user.cfg file in the age of empires 3 start up folder for the IP override
I have re started the router and both pc's
I have also updated both games and still no luck
so I am kind of out of ideas on what I can try any help would be appreciated
I decided to add an image here is the ports for both pc's

All I can think of is your IP may have changed (is it still 192.168.1.6?), or otherwise you may have a firewall on your PC which is blocking traffic.
