Sorry if this post is inappropriate/wrong section, but is ESO down?

If so, is there a place where scheduled maintenance times are shown?

If you see the left menu, there is under "Community Links" a link to "ESO Server status". As you can see on that page, most servers are STOPPED. So yeah, ESO is down at this moment. Most times maintaince is on tuesday at around 6 GMT, but when ESO is down, Ryzon can do it earlier. You should follow him on Twitter if you want updates: https://twitter.com/RChaply. Most of his Tweets are not about AoE3 though, that would be sad.

Maybe it is one of those scenarios where people that are online are able to stay online, but if you're trying to get on or have logged out, you're unable to get back onto eso. It's happened before.
