I was not paying enough attention on how low peoples times was, I could have had a chance to win that last one if I had just stayed at the center, while u had such a small army.

What about making time stamps? Most of the podcasts last about 50 mins and I can imagine that it can sometimes be too long for people. A lot of people don't have time for that. With time stamps you can skip to subjects you find important or interesting to hear. I think you can increase the amount of listeners this way.
