My hope is to make this process as easy as possible for players, so if you have any suggestions don't hesitate to ask. (Almalek sure didn't) I know this has been quite a strenuous process as of late and I am now working with alternative software that combines sign-ups, check-ins and even automates brackets for Age Of Empires 3 for my next tournament.

If I can do anything to help players at the moment however then please ask. I would like this to be as good as it can, and I do forget sometimes (I am not the brightest!). Communication is quite the key here, so if I am doing something wrong or in a different way then I should then please say so. I will make an attempt to correct this.
