I think the C A and M are actually the Cyrillic versions, I tested out Cyrillic vs. Latin on ESO and the Cyrillic ones match their name more closely.

Yeah, looks like the Cyrillic and Greek AMC have an identical appearance on ESO, but are visually distinct from the Latin version. The same can happen with П. That's more combinations than I feel like testing right now, but I might try it out tomorrow.

The first character is 校，means school or collage， “cannot pest me” is in the middle, the last one is 学, means study.

School cannot pest me study. Maybe that's it.

I think it's not that much of a problem since he only whispers you, right? Fortunately, he doesn't spam invite you or cheat. You can always set "online privacy", by doing this you won't get any whispers/invites from anyone that's not in your friendslist. The only way to pest him is seach for him on ELO or waits until he joins your game, then right click and pest. This probably won't happen and since he only whispers you I'd just leave it alone
