I'd say the biggest thing is play a lot and watch your own recs! For me, I rarely realize my mistake in game but it becomes blatantly obvious as soon as I watch a rec (especially at sergeant/master sergeant, you pick up on things like idle vills during fights, idle tc, poor tactical mistakes, etc). Also try to learn a standard build if you haven't already and then learn how to adjust it to your own liking. And if your looking for a game, discord link provided by edeholland is the best place to go. I'm also American so I probably will be available when you are so feel free to shoot me a message on discord or here anytime. I'm about pr20 so enough of an advantage to help out, but still be relatable.

You can ask some high PR players to help you with the UI on the EP patch.

Use hotkeys as much as you can. I use around 18 hotkeys in age of and know the mechanics. I play pr24 without any prectice.
For above you need to prectice quite a lot.

Then again, I am quite capable of planting the seeds of one...
