Way to have PR ladders instead of ELO ladders on the sidebar?
Since ELO has gone down, would there be a way to display the PR ladders from ESO, as they seem to be the most accurate measurement system left?

I'm sure it's possible and actually maybe better, at least now. Can even move the decimal over two spots to turn PR into a four digit, more elo-like, number

This is possible but does not mean it is good.
There is no way to determine who is active (played some game in the last days) and who is not.
And as the top players does not play (several) rated games the top 10 will be the same until eso is fixed.
