When was Jui most active? I've been around AOE3 since 2005 and I never heard of him.

There are a lot of pro players you Will never Listen about them and don't find And REC games. Lui was very good in 2000-12 if i'm not wrong

I mean he's decent, probably pr 32-35 range. I played him a few times, and his decision making was quite decent. He identified what I was doing and did a decent counter build. He also did this annoying thing where when I was contending a treasure he was getting where he would cancel his explorers attack right before the last hit on the guardian so I would mis time my collecting of the treasure and he would get it.
