Looks like ElO Down Once Again
In the upper right hand after winning 2 games this afternoon I see "uploading stats file..." this usually means that elo is not working. I'm not sure if they will ever come back tbh

I have games from two hours ago uploaded. It's safe to say that any delay right now is well-within the range of normal ESO-slowness. Moreover, saying that you don't think that it will be back up is fear-mongering at this point. Locking this for now; if the delay persists more than 24 hours I'll reopen it.
