In this game I do the most all in gren rush possible. Grens are OP.

1. Do normal ff
2. Focus MM on gren ( they have 2x multiplier vs siege units) and TC on pikes&'huss (TC has negative Multiplier vs siege units). if your fit with your micro try to body block pikes with vills to protect MM, but don't lose vills. [strike] 6 [/strike] 7 vills in the TC are enough to 2-shot a pikeman if my math is right.
3. Ship 8 pike or 6 Rod after 700w if necessary.

For some reason i could only watch the recording once? when i tried to play it a second time i got an error message...

Yeah 5:50 is terrible lol, but idk I know if you do 15v up and make 1 vill in age 2 you should be up at 7:05, and I''ve done it several times before but I tried recently (I don''t have bad vill micro) and I would start aging at like 5:25 (not sure when I should start aging, but I know to be up at 7:05 u should def start earlier than 5:25, since 18v to fortress with early market is like ~5:35-->'7~:30 or so). Do you have any suggestions?

Yeah but it was already too late for normal ff, wonder what he could have done in the situation when he spotted the rush. But better micro and maybe a unit shipment could have helped.

I thought it was 7v in the tc not 6.

he'd possibly have a much faster ageup if they wern't..... maybe that'd have helped fend this off a bit...?

my hunts were mediocre too. This is the second time i have beat him with this strat. It would likely lose to a regular Spanish FF pretty hard. Tower in base, more vills to be able to train dogs and MM would wreck this gren rush.

I think putting vills in melee could have beaten the gren rush. Since a melee attack is twice as fast as TC fire, this more than doubles the damage output of the vills. It increases the dps against grenadiers more than eightfold.
