Try to kill one bison with 3 villagers when game starts and retask the 2 on wood crates, rest of the 3 should be tasked on food crates. Try herding the bisons towards your towncenter with 1 villager so the walking distance is smaller. Also try to split your villagers in hunts in a way that there will be all the bisons' corpses left with food at the time you gather 800 food. So new villagers go to new hunts If you start with market, your age 1 villager efficency will allow you to queue up gang saw before aging and its worth it. In british mirror people start with tower generally, so I think that going for 2 manors is better, as it will allow you to age faster and probably age with 17 villagers instead of 18 if you are efficient in age 1 (without treasures you can gather ~700-750 food when your 17th villager stops training). Try scouting the age up politician of the enemy, if it is the tower, try snaring the tower wagon to slow it down so that your musketeers can come and siege it (if you are very fast you can do it sometimes). If your opponent ages with 500f, it mean you have the map control and you dont need to be as agressive as your opponent is the one on a timer. Your musketeer split and raiding was nice but you should have scouted that longbows were coming as he was chopping wood, so you should not go too much inside his base. after 600 wood i would suggest you to send 5 villagers, but I guess he might be aging (a bit hard to age with longbows only though). So overall well played.
Apart from what tedere said, there was a point when his 5 pikes just poped from the rax and your cav was in a very good spot to kill the lbs, you should have killed the pikes with musks before they even get to your cav. You were lucky the pikes were just 5
