I wasn't defending a person, I barely know diarouga, maybe talked to him once. I was defending a case. I just didn't see what he did to be as serious a threat as to warrant an indefinite ban.

I'm not aware of what he recently did that would have cancelled potential intentions to unban him eventually.

No, I wasn't defending this case because he is a high-level player, I just know that when someone is antagonised by a community like ESOC, which like it or not has been mainly controlled by a particular group, it's likely they will feel singled out and react proportionately. Maybe what both parties needed was a neutral conciliator, because at this point I think ESOC is ultra-sensitive about this issue and their attitude will reflect this in all forthcoming contacts with someone they have already rejected. So, most likely, relations will continue to be cold, sarcastic etc, until this cycle is broken somehow.

Anyways, I made my point, I'm not gonna waste more time talking about this.
