Hello, I have a friend who has a very old account in ESO, which since 2010 is not used, so it was off, it has a inimensurável sentimental value, and he would really like to recover, does anyone know a way?

Provided he knows what email he registered the account on, the steps on this link could work.
Also, he needs to know what his original security questions and their answers are.
