I have one question about the disciplinary actions, what happens with a non-compliant player who is not earning any prize? Is any action gonna be taken then?

Nothing happens. Our goal is to provide a fun environment for all players, and handing out punishments in every single round would not only be a lot of work, but also completely unnecessary as the first few rounds aren't that important. (participants in later rounds are almost entirely preseeds)
