Aw. I already had some epic stories lined up for them 35 mins.

at the start of this thread it says that the games will stream through esoctv. Is that what I found on twitch? If so, how do I watch videos cause I want my friends to watch me play and neither of use have ever used this before. I made an account but am dumbstruck. what do we do to watch a streaming video? how do we know when it is streaming and where on esoctv?

thanks! links help me a lot too.
http://www.twitch.tv/esoctv
click on the green heart to follow the channel, whenever you check your "following" tab, youl see when that stream is online.
and NOT on the Twitch website. YouTube can buffer faster, you can add comments and the video will be saved forever. (Also we might make a bit of money for the donation pot.)
my friends really want to see me get my ass handed to me. Theyll be happy
you are gonna wanna be sure that your Internet can handle streaming. From what Ive heard, you probably need about 3 mbs upload speed to be able to stream in decent quality. You find find your upload speed by going to speedtest.net. Also, as edeholland pointed out you should ask permission from the organizers of the even to stream your game.
I would like to volunteer streaming my games. I'll be at my college playing where I got fiber optic super internet, so totally could do it.
Cometk, may I stream my games to you? If so how would I do that? I already have OBS recording software and I am fairly knowledgeable with it. Do you have particular streaming specs you want? (resolution, bitrate, etc...)
If it's to much of a hassle that you don't want to deal with it, I understand.
If you stream your games, you can't stream them to Cometk, but either to ESOCTV or another Twitch channel. Or what was your idea by streaming it do Cometk?
@nickiru you can stream yourself from your own account as you please. if casters are available at the time your games are scheduled, they'll stream your games from a 3rd person perspective on esoctv
when scheduling begins, we need a common time language between each other. I see you are using GMT on you scheduling example in the rules thread. How do I know what my time is when converted to GMT? I can't seem to find any solid data on conversions on the internet (course I suck finding crap on the internet).
Thanks! I live on the west coast of the U.S. (like literally the coast).
Example: what's Saturday 8-12 GMT to me? midnight or 3 in the afternoon? etc. I have no idea.
@nickiru GMT is seven hours ahead of PST. I live on the west coast too. Add seven hours to your own time to get GMT times. For example, it's 8:00 AM for us right now, so it's 3:00 PM GMT.
