ESOC 2v2 Invitational starts this weekend!

This weekend, several of the best team and individual players in Age of Empires 3 history will clash in the first ever ESOC 2v2 Invitational tournament. Big names like VeniVidiVici, BlackStar_OP, Samwise12, _H2O, PrinceofKabul and snowww will be amongst the 16 participating players. The tournament will begin on Saturday with a series of matches with the first round finishing on Sunday:

Saturday schedule
15 GMT: WickedCossack / Hazza54321 vs. nobumanteikoku / Permanschlager
19 GMT: VeniVidiVici / BlackStar_OP vs. GiveUAnxiety / SoldieR
21 GMT: PrinceofKabul / snowww vs. Mitoe / Kaiserklein

Sunday schedule
21 GMT: _H2O / Samwise12 vs. UhLaN / roiarthurbis

All matches will be a best of 3 on the maps: ESOC Kamchatka, ESOC Hudson Bay, and ESOC Arkansas.

All matches will be streamed live on ESOCTV (https://www.twitch.tv/esoctv).

Aiz is going to be missed though.

My guess is that max 1/3 of those games on saturday will be played because one player missing

Edit: Which I should emphasize is still aoe3's all time greatest 2v2 team.

If blackstar is leaving veni should get a temporary teammate for this weekend, and that teammate could have some ofblackstars money if they win

back up, apparently someone tripped over the plug and was too lazy to plug it back in.

I'm very conflicted about aoe tourneys because I'm most productive on the weekends but then stuff like this happens and I just watch aoe streams all day.
