ESOC Twitter Feed

Hi ESOC

I think it would be great if ESOC could make a twitter account so that live updates can be made regarding matches, EP updates etc. If i miss a tournament game, it's sometimes hard to find out who won without going through the Twitch vods so a twitter account with updates would solve this issue potentially.

I know this technically isn't a site suggestion but there could be a feed embedded somewhere on the sidebar if the twitter account is made. also i didn't know where else to post it lol

I suggested this before, but people didnt really seem enthousiastic about the idea. If it gets some more support I shall see what I can do.

If not a twitter feed, just an update feed somewhere on the site could work. Would solve having to look through forum posts to find info

A Twitter would be a cool idea. It can give updates about the site, streams and Youtube.
There's an option that automatically tweets once the ESOCTV stream goes live or when a video is uploaded to Youtube.
However, in my "world" people kinda stopped using Twitter. Like after 2013/2014 it became less and less popular. Not sure about the rest of the world...?

I think twitter is still used but i don't know to what extend within this community. Anyway, it's free to create so you could just make an account and see how it goes and abandon it if there's no interest with no harm done.

twitter is an op idea, on istangram i found also a lot of age3players and i will post some picture from aoe, whit this hastag #game#video#videogames#play#playforfun#online#internet#pc#microsoft#realtimestrategy#rts#wcg#followforfollow#, if i see it will work good, i will make an account on istangram, like ageofempireIII and you can send me all the pictures u want and i will post them

Id be okay with managing it, especially since the tournament is gonna end soon which means Ill be out of job.

This would be the perfect place to write temporary short updates and reminders that are easily forgotten or hidden in forum posts on the website (or not big enough news worth posting on start page), like:

"No, it's not just you. ESO is down at the moment, expected up later tonight. "
"ESO is back up! Lets roll!"
"Don't miss the stream of the semifinals tomorrow guys!"
"One week left to signup for spring tournament. Signup here"
