Notifications don't go away eventhough I look at them

Yeah you have to manually click on clear all for them to be gone. This aint facebook bobu xD

There is a mark all notifications read button in there somewhere.

It's in the bottom right of the notifications page. I have OCD so if there is one unread notification I flip out.

Probably because likes were haxed into the code, while reply notifications are in phpbb as default
