WHY pls explain + FIX :P

I have two questions which i like to get answered regarding this forum use:

- How come my avatar is a musketeer, since i never set this myself. I dont believe it connects to eso and gets my avatar there? So some admin put this?

- Why the hell everytime im on the bottom of a topic page, i click on that floating bar "page 2" and then im AGAIN on the fucking bottom of page 2. While obviously i want to start reading the first posts on page 2, i.e. on top of page 2? Am i the only one having this or the only one annoyed by it?
