you can just use the first shipment for eco theory and make tp anyway. Eco theory is good.

Its only a 1.4 vil shipment at that point though, mostly on food. Its better to send eco theory on a point where it doesnt slow u down

I like 17vill russia with HD more, trade post you can add later (transition, ageup, 700w)

It doesn''t slow you down, that''s the point. Saving the shipments seems great but the fact is that your gathering is going to be shit and you depend totally on crates. You even struggle to complete the market techs before aging up. Also 1.3 vills. Port must age at 13v or they are so vulnerable to anything.

Port eco theory does slow them down a bit, but not significantly so ye its a viable shipment

Russia honestly don't need anything than wood trickle. it's a 2.5 vill shipment not affected by walking times. Aging with 16.5 vills is pretty nice for an aggressive civ.

14 vil age with Ports is fine. If you get a TP first then you cant go 13 anyways without treasures.

Yeah with a 200w start, tp and age 14 is better, otherwise 13 without market.

300w is actually nice for russ. Depends on how agressive u will play.
