When using this strat in treaty or lategame supremacy, I would recommend use of the "select all of one unit" hotkey in order to quickly and efficiently delete villagers, houses, mills, and plantations. Also keep in mind you don't need to delete any walls, although you can for dramatic effect if you wish, but your explorer(s) must be dead for the auto resign to work.

You are missing the point. It's not about how efficiently you can delete your stuff. It's about showing your opponent how good your APM is by deleting things individually as fast as possible. (Actually it's a nice way to blow off some steam in a very non-Physical competition).
