Basically play Otto since you can't screw up age up time too badly then make pure janissaries.

The trick is to rush hard. Hes outplaying you with good unit control and being able to get out more units but if you play ottoman, go age 2 asap and then all start massing jannisarries you'll just beat him before he has stuff.

I was gonna suggest this haha. Although double rax might be too hard. Just ship 5 jan 3 huss first and you still can't lose.
