I send it after foreign logging and 300 export to further boom.I send them instead of camel upgrades since I like to make elifents later.

Its a decent card, especially if you have otto on your team. -15 percent train time is a lot for otto. I think your build order is way to greedy tho. Spice trade as india is like never valuable

In my opinion otto is the civ which would benefit least from this card as they don't rely on vil pop at all during the early stages of any game.
Russia would probably benefit most, as they already train vils faster than other civs, and it's always more effective to boost something which is already strong even further.
In general i doubt it's worth sending though. Also spice trade is kinda weird, I would just send 600g and age up instead to have some urumi out etc.

here is a chart of the cumulative villager seconds gained from sending team medicine after ~4 minutes. if you have three teammates, and assuming they never idle tc, you would have ~600 additional vs gained from sending the card. you can compare that to a card like 600g, which is ~850vs. sending team medicine would begin to pay off after ~5 mins, which might be at roughly ~14 mins gametime.

In team you kinda need your cards for upgrades, so idk if this card would deserve a slot

I don’t think that card is worth sending. 15% villager producing speed is really an underwhelming effect, even for the whole team. If it will pay off, that will be in like 20 minutes, you should send something else. I already did some calculation for it for the russian consulate. If i find the data i will publish it here.

Honestly it's probably not too terrible. If you sent it at 8 minutes, then it would essentially be like sending team 3 villagers at around 13-14 minutes (after 7.5 minutes you get 3 extra villagers, but you do get extra income before that, because you're getting villagers more frequently, so you get the 3 villagers effectively a little earlier).
However I would definitely stop sending spice trade, as something like 700 food or 600 coin is far better (if you have 15 villagers gathering food, it would take around 4.5 minutes for spice trade to give you an extra 700 food, and a little bit longer to gather the same number of villager seconds as 600 coin)

15% + speed train for villagers is good for Otto, Portugal or Russia on team in map like indochina and borney where you have jesuit (15% speed train for vill ) and can boom with water, make walls in middle of the map, otto total train time with jesuit and mosque upgrades is 26 sec ( from 48 points) with team medicine card you get free villagers each 22,1 sec, now make the count for Russia (3 vill each 53 sec) 15% from team card, 15% from jesuit upgrade and more 15% from Russia card, 3 vill each 29.15 sec ??? confirm, not sure if i did right calculation.
