Aztec Noble Hut III age up politician

I've noticed recently that when I try to age to fortress with Aztec on RE, it only gives me one noble's hut travois instead of the promised two. Can someone confirm this? Is it patched on EP?

Yeah, I can confirm this was recently patched in ESOC Patch 4.1.0.0 and ESOC Treaty Patch 1.5.
