Indian Consulate Rush
Can someone post the exact build order (with vil allocations, etc.)? We saw it quite a bit in the mono civ tournament and I'm interested in trying it out.

Age 1 is normal, try to ageup on 13 vills if possible (a little idle is ok since you're rushing). Ideally you'll click up at 3:00ish with decent treasures (normal age is typically 3:15) Consulate in transition, then gather for house + vill + sepoy production. Send 300e upon aging, make sure you lay down houses for 40 pop. Ally Brits and send redcoats while training sepoy, then followup with (typically) 5 sepoy into other stuff.
Edit: sorry vill allocations. Age 1 normal. Transition all to wood until cons + house, then 7 until another house, then 5 for vills. Rest split to food/gold for sepoy, usually 3 gold and the rest food but it depends a lot on your treasures for the first batch. Continue this split until you mix gurks and/or need more housing if your mass grows.
It's an easy af build that's why people do it. It's basically a regular sepoy rush where you sacrifice your 300e card (which would usually be Otto vills) for stronger early mass and 10%hp, so you better put significant pressure on as your eco followup after the rush will be worse.

Probably 1-2 I'd say, overall it's better to have a full sepoy batch + cons up in time compared to aging super early though so if you have to take the vill(s) off then do that.

You don't need to age super early. You'll have to send 2 shipments before going in so a 4:15 doesn't give you anything.

Unless it's a map like manchuria/tibet where u have 10 cows sitting and giving xp. In that case a 4 30 age up is good

Yeah you don't need to force the age up too hard. Aging late isn't a big issue, the important part of this build is the timing. If you age early but can't produce 5 sepoy per batch then your timing is going to suffer for that. Timing always comes when your 2nd Colonial shipment arrives which is often not ready once you send your first shipment, so a late age up shouldn't hurt too much.

What is the earliest or ideal time for consulate rush to hit in the opponent's base?

Age at 4:30, ship a shipment twice and then wait for redcoats to train. 6:15 seems a little early to me. 6:30 would be really fast still.

Also, people used to do the standard consulate rush only in livestock map, so the second colonial card comes in time for the timming, but I noticed sompu doing the doing the build on non livestock map with the addition of a tp in transition to get the exp needed.

go time is at 6:30 not 7 minutes lol.

6:30 is probably the earliest you can assemble the army. Which means it hits at about 7 minutes unless the map is really small.

if you find ok treasures your 2nd colonial shipment arrives at 6:15 which means you are at base 6:30

So I could point at some games I've been skimming over:
You vs me on manchuria, you arrive at 7:00
You vs Mitoe on Manchac, you arrive at 7:30
H2o vs lordrahpael, Kamchatka, h2o arrives at 7:05
princeofkabul vs kaiserklein, Tibet, sepoys leave at 6:30 then have to siege a wall segment which takes about 20 seconds. He then arrives at 7:20.

vs mitoe on manc, sowars arrive at 6:20 but my agra is too far (can't agra middle) and first push 6:50 there but I can't right click tc cause bad angle and solid defence
