I would make age 3 timing push with tons of Skirms and Artillery. A few goons would also be good vs his artillery, but he wont have too much cav overall.

Walls + culverines and some skirm or goon + falcs imo.

6 petard shipment as Dutch is useful in the match up imo.

Otherwise, colonial play shuts it down. But then they can just turn their FR into an FF and kill you.

If in 1v1 the fastest rev would be around 9'30 and if as otto you send 5 mameluke it would be around 10'30. his deck can give idea if he is going to rev or not.
always scout if he isnt rushing you like otto would it means either he is going for age 3 mameluke push or he is going to fi. keep scouting his fb. if its a 4 hussar straight ff then you can almost be sure its rev if its fast age up still both possible.

The options
mass muskets = go for around 9 min push siege his tc gg. even if he ships abus is age 3+ mm fall back few seconds and attack after mm have drained few abus shouldnt be problem. anyways his rev is already pushed back.
if you are sure he is going for straight rev pike /grenadier rush :D
chinese age 3 mass or FI
Ports FI/ goon/organ or mercs.
India FI
Dutch Fi
go spain and rev before him xD
iro = if u lose this you should quit aoe3
aztec=ask garja
sioux - FI axe rider mass or age 3 rr mass
japan= ashi mass
ger - doppel/ulhan/skirm
russia - ask hazza54321
brits - go full kynesie and lb/pike
france- goon/musk
otto =do rev 1 sec before him and watch him rage quit.

As Russia you can go mass oprichniks. As any civ you need 2 culverins. As dutch you can nuke his base wiht 6 petards + some units to siege if 1 petard dies. as Ports go mass 20 range goons, his cav is useless and his cm can't reach you. As Jap I guess you can go ashi fl. arrow. As sioux axe riders will die very fast to his cav and his cm, you need to siege dance his town and always kill his cav. MANY WALLZ

4huss doesn''t mean FR^^
He''ll/she''ll maybe even do like 18/23jan+cannons to keep you busy.
And fast ageup as otto(FF) is rather unusual

You can try to scout his first age 3 shipment rather than his age up politician. If its FI he is probably going to ship 1000 coin. And if he doesnt, you can still scout the first age 3 shipment which still is useful information.

Also as Dutch, go for 6 petards with some units and win ')

You also learn when you win..., so it's not "or" but win and learn or lose and learn, thus the learning part falls off and it's back to win or lose again.

You learn from your mistakes, when you win you dont really see your mistakes.
If you analyze your gameplay after every game win or lose you do understand your mistakes. I have played game so long and the method of analyzing games is in my brain so long that i tend to realize my mistakes in game after few seconds i made them. You win Because you made less mistakes than your opponent not because you are perfect. No one is.
