Vil raids
Vil raids
Herd your hunts towards your town to allow villagers to quickly escape if threatened. Build a tower on hunts and mines that are not within a safe distance of your town.Always keep an eye on the mini map for incoming cavalry.
The function of man is to live, not to exist.
Vil raids
1. Herd
2. Build goons or the like to act as a raid deterrent
3. Use building to make natural walls and barriers and LOS
4. Herd
5. Pay attention to the Mini-Map, when I get raided it's usually in the middle of a micro'd fight and the opponent sneak 5 cav in the back of my base and pillages. The attack bell becomes useless at that point. Keep glancing at your mini-map
6.Get great coat upgrade always
7. If you need to hunt or mine very far out, build a new Outpost or even a TC
8. Don't run through any enemy army to get to a garrison building if possible. If your army is nearby, run toward it even if it is away from a TC and use vils as a lure
9. Put your vills in handcombat if you are only dealing with a straggling 1-2 weak cav units.
