have ur vils gathering either all food or all gold, pick between mama and spa hi. I prefer mama in a way, because on deccan u start with enough gold to have leftover after going to fortress with tower to colonial. ur choice. From here I build a stable, and Then maybe ship 5 cav archer and even irregulars to annihilate running villager rememnantes .
