How to play against Azzy?

I heard crossbows as French were good. Falconets? IDK really.

French mainer here. Aztecs are easy. No cavalry to stop your Cuir/skirm spam. Just for the love of god do not get to age 3 any later than 10 minutes.

Love me some aztec, if i scout skirm + cuir i usually pop BB for puma, or make some mix with coyo and push

Not sure musk/cav rapes mace/pumas cost-effectively. Maces and pumas are both awkward units sometimes, but they really do their job as counter-units. Maces just have so much dps against musks, and pumas so much against cav, it's insane. I'm pretty sure that with good micro mace/puma would beat musk/cav. Also azzy player will always had some coyos to block/tank/whatever because they are a very polyvalent unit

Could be true with absolutely perfect micro but with Huss having more speed it's sooo much easier to be the musk Huss player. Also Huss having RR while pikes don't means that if both players are micro'ing cav and anticav perfectly then the pikes would probably die first.

Well I also believe that mace puma beats musk huss (not "rapes" though) but bow pike really doesn't
Also huss rr doesn't really matter since anyway you're going to focus maces on musks (since *2 multiplier). And idk if pumas will die so fast if you use cover mode properly

Yes not only it does on theory because it is the right counter (unlike musk huss) but itnworks also in practice with my micro which is enough to make such conclusion.

Pro tip, split puma in two groups on both sides of maces when you have 30 of them.
Another pro tip use cover mode with puma and coyotemen.
