3 vills or 20% gather rate in age I as sioux

When I watch good sioux players, they seem to choose the 3 vills instead of 20+ gather rate on food. I would like your opinions on this. What is best?

In age II, what are best 600 gold (you already have the 700 card) or 20+ on gathering gold?

It's 15%. If it was 20% it could be very playable in maps with decent hunts.

20% gathers better than 3 vills if you have 16 vills or more on food. Thats why.

Crates are better for timings and sioux is a timing civ in the end. Vils is better than 15%. The latter takes way too long to pay off and weakens siouxs early eco even more

The "furrier" card is 15 for hunts, and 20 for berries. (I thought it was 20 for food aswell - my bad for not looking more carefully)
"spice trade" is viable in age 2 and gives 20% for hunting and berries

I guess ES developers found more fur on some berries than on animals
