Like, they literally win zero matchups. Is there any civ they can beat on a map with hunts?

If your opponent plays properly: No.
No Eco, no TP/Market starts, no infantry, no market ups, no MM, no walls, no potential seaboom, insane cav.

Well, most people have no clue how to beat sioux so its easy to win games. But you literally shouldnt win a single game ever.
