Matchups are too subjective to make a table. A lot depends on the map and how much players know each other. In many MUs there are strange ways to win that are specially designed to counter a specific build, like, say, revolution as Spanish or Ottomans against Chinese, or walling forward towers, or rushing in a mirror.

Yeah, maps heavily effect the MU. Ports on Bayou are nowhere near as good as Ports on High Plains. Regardless of the patch.

Also, some civs are vary depending on the pr range, like Russia and India are pretty op at low levels while boom civs aren't as good.

very true, but I think the worst thing is that even at the highest levels of play I feel india is so unexplored with semi-ff builds, you almost never see them, and as h20 beat mongo's China in the tourney they are obviously viable in some matchups.

It's actually hard to explore to. At my pr level I tried a bit too mess around with semiff builds but every time I joined a game I got flamed because people had already assumed I was doing a 12sepoy rush before we even started game. Honestly, same with Otto/iro/sioux, you try to discover new strats but people just flame you before even playing.

You could always make several tables, regarding various types of maps. Also, you could just type „even" next to MUs that are relatively close.
