What if aoe3 was a fantasy based game?

What I mean to say is,
In the campaign, knight black finds the fountain of youth, the loosest fantasy image. What would you do to expand the 'fantasy' aspect of the game?

Dunno if it has to do with 'fantasy', but I was thinking about Tunnel Networks like in CnC Generals.
