It's a well known fact that treaty player IQs on average (if you were to check) are higher than rush players...

Not to say that playing treaty increases your IQ, that would be silly. It's just that people with higher IQs tend to gravitate more towards treaty because it stimulates their advanced brains more than the pathetic little skirmishes of rush.

IQ points are not something you can "spend." If you were a treaty player you would be more likely to understand this

I find it highly offensive that you write "a garja" as if it`s even a possibility that there could be another. Also the lack of upper case "G" is unforgivable.
That being said, treaty player do have a higher IQ, nothing to discuss.
