Enter Gibson, who has the gall to put up his own stream at the same time as me, even going so far as to announce it beforehand to steal viewers away. Despite having had my stream on the streaming calendar for an entire month in advance, Gibson just walked in acting like he could stream whenever he wanted (dipping into the Pacific and Asian markets, I may add!) and took away valuable streaming revenue. I believe that I've lost somewhere between 10,000 and 20,000 viewers and $2,000 to $3,000 due to this incident. While I had the mind to open a case with my local Small Claims Court to recoup the lost revenue, I recognize that both a) this is by no means a small claim 2) I am the Small Claims Court, and I would never dream of bringing bias into a moderation policy. I am hence forced to challenge Gibson to a grudge match, settled in any one of the following manners:
- A best of twenty-seven (27) on Age of Empires III, with winner picks rules and no civ allowed to be won with twice. I accept that I have already lost a Japan mirror here, putting me 0-1 in this series
- A best of 3 consisting of one (1) Yu-Gi-Oh duel (OCG format), one (1) Pokémon TCG battle, and one (1) Magic: The Gathering game (with the Standard Card list), occurring at The Big Texan Steak Ranch & Brewery in Amarillo, Texas (this being roughly equidistant between Redwood City, California and Knoxville, Tennessee)
- An IRL battle at The Big Texan Steak Ranch & Brewery in Amarillo, Texas with no kicks below the belt, first to yield or die loses
@gibson please respond with your choice of challenge and preferred date.
