Generally I drink caffeine, yes.

Pop is bad in so many ways. I only drink diet soda when I chase or mix.

I don't buy sweets so I don't eat them really.

The only sugar I get is from fruit and maybe some food, in smaller quantities.

Occasionally, like when I'm invited to a birthday or on New Years' Eve, I might do an exception and eat some cake, though.

Limiting/cutting sugar during the day made me feel much better when I tried last year, since then I follow some kind low carb/high fat diet on week days and pretty much anything I feel like eating on weekends.
Quitting sugar definitely felt like quitting smoking so that says something

Too much coke for me, and then the beverage. But ive sorta kicked off. Im pretty sure im now drinking too much coffee and not drinking enough water.

So this thing I've done is that I'm dribnking coca cola life right now. Its less tasty so I drink it somewhat more slowly and then it's also healthier. I think this has been a good thing for my health.

Only coffee without sugar once or twice a day. I like sweets but I try not to eat much during the week. I almost never drink sodas or anything similar. Coke is too sweet for me.

I'm not into soft-drinks/sweets/coffe, and I pretty much only drink water.

On the eating side, I eat a lot of vegetables, but on the negative, I also eat a lot of chips/fried stuff and croissants/donuts for breakfast.

If I weren't a divine being person already I would def. be a Birdperson, after that I'd say coffee-person. Sometimes you gotta listen to your stomach though and not get a third mug, other than that I'm a healthy person with healthy eating habits, cooking stuff freshly everyday.
