every Avenger movie has the same script.
and while watch, I always ask: where are the military during all invasions?
Captain America isn´t stronger than a nuke.

There have only been two Avengers movies and the scripts are actually quite different

Almost all of them and because it's the same, derivative story with the same, derivative, cheesy humor and rubbery cgi and nothing has any consequence and I hate those dumb shots of civilians running away helplessly shot as if it were a news crew's camera and the dumb moral of the movie which is usually "teamwork is harder than people think but it is good anyways."

Can you name some examples of movies with these problems that you've actually seen?

I've pretty much seen all the modern Marvel ones since they started in the early to mid 2000s. Imo they lack plot depth, have cheesy comedic relief, predictable/stupid emotional conflicts, and don't do justice to the characters but really that's asking for a lot. Also all the product placement is just a big turn off. They have some redeeming qualities and scenes but it's not enough to undo the other stuff.

Edit:
Seen (full series): Iron man, Avengers, all 3 Spidermen, fantastic 4, GoftG, Captain America, Ant Man, Hulk, others I'm forgetting

I typically watch them with friends who invite me to the movies or at get-togethers/other people's houses, really I always just end up getting dragged or sat down to watch them by friends and family. There is not much to do in the suburbs besides going to the mall/movie theater. Plus I'm not just gonna say no and leave if I am invited, that'd be rude.

Are you a fan of the comics? You mention that they don't "do justice to the characters" which is something I haven't heard before for most of the Marvel movies

Yeah I am, I would read them as a little kid. I don't mean to say they butcher the characters but they do leave holes and in general do not do a good job of portraying conflict which is important for character devlopment.

the Earth´s destiny depending of a battle, in a neighborhood, between 10 guys facing alien invasion.
Alien´s force has 10000 soldiers that do nothing, and some giant laser ray shooting through space and opening a gate.

Watchman, spiderman, batmans, antman, iron man, logan ...were good hero movie.

Which ones do you think do a bad job of portraying the characters?

for me, usually when the film is unpretentious, and the hero does not fight for all over the world.. is a good movie

Batman does it better. Of course Heath Ledger did an everlastingly wonderful portrayal of the Joker.
