anyways this is my last post concerning veganism. If you want to debate veganism its probably better to make a new thread.

Meh I dont think those studies are representing the stuff we were talking about, which is moderate consumption of good quality meat.
Of course the consumption of lots of low quality meat is unhealthy and vegan people often pay more attention to healthy lifestyle (including sports etc) compared to the average human. Those studies are comparing the average human to vegans.

To make an actual italian meal out of that (spaghetti aglio e olio e peperoncino):
Cut a few cloves of garlic into slices and put them in a pan with cut dried chilis and olive oil. Fry it for around 8 minutes (until your pasta is ready) so the oil gets the flavour of the garlic and chilis, but dont let it get too hot and dont let the garlic turn brown. To stop the frying process you can put pasta water into the pan, the oil and water will emulsify, you can put parsley into that and add the al dente noodles (preferably spaghetti). Toss the pan so everything is mixed nicely.

Lots of text but it’s actually really easy and a great meal in under 10 minutes.

No. You probably misunderstood me. Tedere is too passionate because he gets rather mad when people have different opinions, or even just ask questions. Actually so mad that he misses their point and argues against something which they did not say, as Lukas pointed out. It is funny because Tedere almost never posts seriously.

Am I? I didn't even bring up the issue and every single uninformed guy on the forums is rushing to post their irrelevant opinion on a health matter LOL.
Now on topic:

How to make basement mussels

Go to weis family owned markets, pick up some frozen mussel meats. Get some butter and a spice kit as well. I use dr d1ck's.

Once you return to your house, proceed to allow the mussels to thaw and walk over to your cooktop.

Grab a skillet, put to medium heat and melt the butter in the skillet. Half stick butter will do for normal mussel packs at weis family owned markets.

Throw the thawed mussel meats into the buttered hot skillet.

Once the mussel meats are close to looking done ~5min just start throwing in some spices and seasonings. I use all sorts of things, just don't use a spice you wouldn't be willing to eat straight out of the shaker.

Take seasoned mussels out and consume. Mussels tend to go best with rolling rock beer or a tall glass of peach schnapps.

those basement mussels lack fries and a good sauce to become the popular meal in France/Belgium called moules-frites

Mediterranean food best food. Mostly vegetarian, occasional meat (mostly fish and chicken), plenty of fruits, vegetables, etc. Delissimo!

Guaranteed to live to 110 minimum.

Nords and their buried shark "food" need not apply.

Ok I will put another simple small recipe, a usual accompaniment to my last post. Homemade Mashed potatoes

Peel and Boil 4 small-medium potatoes
Cook until the center is soft (check with a knife if need be) and drain and transfer to a bowl for mashing
Mash the potatoes using your favorite mashing tool (more fun if you have some heavy metal on in the background)
Transfer mash into a small pot for mixing
Now we add butter and evaporated milk to get them smooth and mashed ( 1/2 - 1 36 cl can of evaporated milk for the whole batch) and about 2-3 tablespoons of butter (1 tablespoon is 14 grams). Salt to taste and you're done! You can use margarine instead of butter for less salt. You can also season with any seasoning you like and add in chopped/sauteed chives, garlic, onions, and cheeses if you'd like.

The consistency of the potatoes is up to you so play around with the proportions as you like. Some like them really starchy with little milk while some like them really creamy with lots of milk and butter.

You Can have the recipe of my late night snack instead:
1: Toast a bread
2: spread equal parts smetana & finnish caviar on the bread
3: enjoy together with a pepsi Max & 2 "snus"
(Make sure IT looks sloppy so people understand this is your average toast)

Zing
Zing

Smooth catfish With mustard sauce, Sellerie puree and a green salad

2 file's from the Smooth catfish or a other white soft fish
1/2 Sellerie
3 potatoes
1 egg
200ml milk
A bit flour
1 green salad (what ever you like)
50g butter
2 big spoons mustard
Salt pepper nutmeg and red pepper spice

Peal potatoes and Sellerie, cut it in small pieces and boil it untill they soft and cooked.
Put in one plate the egg and mix it with salt and pepper. In a other plate flour. Put the fish first in flour and then in the egg. Then make then gold brown in a pen for like 3min each side ( I put them after this in the oven that they stay hot at like 110C)
Then add the butter in the hot pan. Now take care don't have the pan to hot bc the butter gets brown and you need to be fast! Add 2 spoons of flour inside the butter and mix it.Add milk, nutmeg, salt, pepper, red pepper spice and mustard (btw I sometimes add a bit lemon juice inside depending on the fish) let it boil on low heat. If it's a bit to sigh add more milk.
Then smach the Sellerie and potatoes with a bit milk and butter. Add salt pepper and nutmeg.
Wash the salad. And make a vinegar here an example :
2 spoons vinegar (I perfer balsamico white to this meal)
2 spoons olive oil
Salt pepper and a bit sugar
Mix it and add the salt

FINISH
shit juice :hmm:
