GNOME extension/theme suggestions

I finally got my Ubuntu and am looking to pimp my desktop improve the UI. Right now I have Transparent Shell Theme and Dash to Dock and a few other minor ones. I don't dislike these two, but there are still things I am unhappy with.

I am mostly looking for a neat and practical UI, but any suggestions are welcome—even the craziest ones!

So you installed Ubuntu to make it look like a mix of macOS and Windows 10's UI?

I installed Ubuntu to have Ubuntu.

The default GNOME UI is pretty crappy though. I had nothing special in mind; I just tried a bunch of different things until I grew tired of it and this is what I ended up with.

I mean I guess I'm wrong!

I'm not going to lie, saying that the gaming experience is better on Linux is wrong.
However the new gaming technologies. such as Cloud gaming or the Vulkan API are probably going to make Linux and Mac Gaming kinda the same level as Windows 10 gaming is in the next years
