Deep Web/Dark Web topic

Hi,

I wanted to ask if anyone in the community has experience and if he’s willing to share it (in private). Also if anyone is willing to share their programming and coding experiences I’ll welcome it too. My discord is :@Butifle (picture of Stefanos Chios an Greek journalist suggested by @tedere12)

I have never been there myself, is it not just a matter of downloading the TOR browser and that's it?
Not sure how to find a specific site though but I assume there must be some kind of search engine or directory for all Onion domains.

AFAIK the deep and the dark web are two different things, deep web are things that can't be crawled by SE spiders and the dark web is typically Onion domains.

Hi @Snuden I’ve been browsing it for some time, TOR sometimes isn’t enough of a security measurement to really stay anonymous but regarding the basics it should be enough. I’m asking if someone has experiences and is willing to share it with him being on the deep web or the dark web before or still using it. And yeah there’s truth to that that deep web and dark web are bit of a different things.

@NekoBerk Weapons markets are mostly scam very few of them are considered to be legit and they mostly get shut down by FBI anyway and besides you need to own special privileges in my country to own one legally.

If youre planning on shady stuff maybe such an open thread is unwise.

There are plenty of blogs and youtube videos where users share their experience about it though

There are indeed but it’s also ok to ask in the community aswell imo.

Don't click on the link that says "cheesepizza". You will regret it.

Other than that, I did look around certain websites in the deep web, and it's what you would expect. Mostly black market stuff, with people selling drugs, weapons, porn or confidential information.

I know close to nothing about deep web but I would imagine that it would be very hard to find these illegal pages because if it was easy to bump on them, they probably would not exist. Correct me if I am wrong.

They’re not that hard to find, but they’re often scammy and just wanna steal your BTC in 95% of the cases.

It's not that hard to find those pages because it's hard to take them down.

But if you're 12 years old and you want to see 12 years olds girls then you can make a good use of it.
