Have you ever tried with Greek plain non-fat yogurt? Yummy.

Not in the smoothie but I do buy greek non-fat yogurt to eat by itself. I bet it's tasty in the smoothie! Will give it a go!

Because people who live a lifestyle that includes a lot of fat are much more likely to have strokes and heart attacks?

Well, in a way. Fat is the most calorie-dense macro nutrient (9 cal/gram vs 4 cal/gram). Calories are the single most important factor in mass gain and loss. I buy non-fat or low-fat yogurt because it has less calories.

I'm well aware some fat is natural and healthy and helps regulate hormones, but I get enough fat in my diet. I like to buy less calorie-dense foods because I am calorie conscious.

Or, am I going about this the wrong way? Am I supposed to lash out and act accusatory off the get-go?

Ahem. Why are people obsessed with critiquing others' diets? You do know that my yogurt preference doesn't display an ignorance of simple nutrition, right?

Because it does? Ofc in moderation its fine but since its virtually impossible to avoid for a normal person when you can you should since you're just stacking extra calories with no additional benefit. Some dietary fats are saturated as well.

I'm not picky about these things. It's just the complete name of the type of yogurt I purchase. Since I've only tasted this kind of yogurt so far, I felt like I needed to specify this detail.
