Yeah, you have an opinion on this, and I know nothing about John Bolton. Explain to me why this is bad.

John Bolton is one of the people who led the charge for the Iraq War, and still won't say it was a bad idea. He also supports a first strike against North Korea

Why is he any worse than H.R McMaster? Seems the president is pulling in people with wrestler names.

Bolton is a blowhard but he might get Trump to get tougher on America's enemies, not necessarily to the point of war, but at least diplomatic and economic war.

McMaster is dhimmi-tier but he was great regarding North Korea and the Arabs. Kushner is either high or stupid for palling around with those oil urukhai.

Its a well-known fact that Iraq was much more stable before 2003, and US intervention crippled the economy of Iraq. Iraq was a lot more stable under Hussein than post 2003.

Absurd how America like to be seen as "Tough" especially since most of the rest of the world is moving towards sharing.

The Iraq war was a desaster. Not because it is wrong to end a dictatorship that brutally oppresses it’s people but because it a) was a war based on a blatent, embarrassing lie (remember D. Cheney and his pictures in the UN Security Council?) b) it has not prevented any harm - a whole region has been destabilised subsequently (including the rise of the IS, which was partially built on the strength of former Iraqui military)
And given your objectives, the Iraq wouldn’t have been target no 1

What does stability mean, and why does it matter? Iraq was a brutal dictatorship with constant genocides, ruthless repression, sponsorship of terrorism, and wars of aggression against neighboring countries. Not only that but they violated the Ceasefire and attacked Americans numerous times. They actually even tried to assassinate a former US president. More people were killed under Saddam's "stable" reign than after he was overthrown. Doesn't seem good to me.

If Uday Hussein laid eyes on a woman he desired, he’d order his henchmen to kidnap her right off the streets and take her to his private sex/torture chamber. He and his guards would literally cruise the streets and scope out colleges looking for women to have sex with. It didn’t matter if the woman consented or if she was even of the age of consent, he’d brutally rape her in his lair with its stash of millions of dollars' worth of liquor, Cuban cigars, heroin, and HIV testing kits.

Uday crashed a wedding being held at Baghdad's Hunting Club back in the late 1990s. Apparently, right after Uday left the hall, the bride vanished. The groom knew exactly what had happened to his wife and he pulled out his pistol and shot himself.

Uday abducted another bride back in 2003. He had the 18-year-old dragged off and brought to a guardhouse on one of his properties. She was kicking and screaming the whole way and still in her wedding dress. A maid witnessed a guard rip the woman's dress off and lock her up.

After Uday arrived, the woman’s cries became screams and after it was over the maid was summoned to clean up the mess. The mattress was stained with blood and there were clumps of flesh and hair scattered around. The maid saw acid burns on the woman’s body as guards carried it out. One of them said to her, "Don't say anything about what you see, or you and your family will be finished."

It was stable oppression, don't worry. :?

Multiple terrorist groups that sprung up in the war is not better than pre-2003. You need to be strong in the middle east or the region collapses. Look at Syria and Assad.
