Having trouble getting in shape? I have a guide for you to get sirmusket level in shape asap!
Pick a time of day when its cold outside. Put on your running shoes and your faithful running shorts, leave the shirt so you can sweat freely. Its gotta be super cold outside. Go outside and run away from your house or apartment as fast as you can. You'll get tired quickly, but its okay, run til you cant anymore. When youre far away and very out of breathe, stop. You'll be freezing cold, so that will motivate you to run back to your house! These are the running shorts I own, I suggest everyone to get them as well!
