Brick Paver Patio DIY
During the next week I'll be taking out a (bad) prexisting concrete slab and putting in a new brick patio for my parents' backyard. I begin deconstruction on Saturday and will be updating this thread with steps on what I'm doing and how to do it because who doesn't want a good patio? Also you can't trust others to put one in correctly (foundation and grading) and you'll save lots of money and also to fill the Metis-void.

Sounds awesome bud tag me in whenever u post.
I've been working myself on a ceiling in a back patio for the last two weeks myself. Had to sand it first (which was the hardest part) becoz the owners made a nooby mistake putting a water based paint coat on an oil based first coat which made bubbles on the entire surface all over the ceiling. Then put on new stain and painted it again. Was a he'll of a job tho they used cypress it's beautiful wood

It's still in progress but I've stopped taking pictures because it's not going as well as I want it to. I'm getting really frustrated because I can't up and quit a patio like I can (and do) an aoe game when something goes wrong. The real world is too stubborn and stressful. I want to be back in school where the problems aren't physical.
