Plastic scraper, water/lemon/vinegar mixture (heat to boil) and general cleaner will do the trick ez.

Ffs clean your damn microwave, that's barely dirty. Do what Callen said with boiling vinegar + water (+ lemon if you don't want it to smell like vinegar). Consumer culture at its worst right here lol.

He can just buy a new one and not have to worry about buying vinegar.

Buy a new one!
Re: Should we clean microwave or buy a new one
Just because microwaves can last an eternity without breaking doesn't mean you should go making up reasons to buy a new one. The one you have looks super easy to clean; save your money!

Put water and vinegar (lemon too if you want) in a microwavable safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and turn the microwave on for approximately a minute (this may vary depending on the size of the bowl). You want the water to boil. The steam from the mixture will loosen all that nastiness and make it super easy to just wipe it away. Use a sponge with that hard scratchy stuff on one side. Dip the hard side of the sponge into the mixture and then scrub down the microwave starting at the top. You may need to dip the sponge in the water several times throughout. After scrubbing, use the soft side of the sponge to wipe it all down. Make sure you take out the glass and put it into some hot soapy water. After the microwave is clean, use the mixture to clean the glass plate, and if you still have some mixture left, use it to clean your sink.

Just chuck it. Who still uses a microwave nowadays anyways...mine's just sat there in my kitchen unused for 2 years now.
You only rly need an oven and an airfryer.

That seems somewhat expensive. I take the general rule: if one hour of work saves you ~10 bucks it is worth it. This one would probably represent 20$/hour or so.
